How long does it take to go live?
Typically 2 weeks. We import your inventory, configure pricing tiers, set up your branding, and train your team. After that, your buyers can start ordering.
Do I need to change my ERP or internal workflow?
No. PipingShop connects to your ERP via API. Orders flow in automatically. Your team processes them the same way they always have. The shop is a new channel, not a new workflow.
How does pricing work for different customers?
You assign each customer a pricing tier when you approve their access. Each tier has its own markup rules. Buyers only see their own prices. You can change tiers at any time from the admin panel.
Can buyers upload bulk orders in Excel?
Yes. Buyers upload their RFQ or MTO in any Excel format. The normalizer reads the file, maps columns automatically, and matches items against your inventory. No rigid templates required.
Is it a marketplace?
No. PipingShop is your own branded store, on your own domain. Your data stays yours, fully segregated. Buyers only see your catalog and your prices. No competitors, no commission.
How much does it cost?

What happens with credit limits?
You set a credit limit per customer. If the buyer has enough available credit, the order goes through at checkout. If not, the order is flagged for your review. Credit limits sync with your ERP.
Can my team manage the shop with different roles?
Yes. You invite team members and assign roles: sales, inventory, management, admin. Each role has specific permissions you can toggle on or off. Your sales team sees orders, your warehouse team sees inventory.
