What Excel formats does FastRFQ accept?

Any Excel format. There is no template. Buyers send RFQs and MTOs in their own layout, with their own column names, abbreviations, and units. FastRFQ parses them all.

How long does implementation take?

Typically 2 to 4 weeks. We import your inventory or production catalog, configure your pricing rules, and train your team. After that, you're quoting on your own.

How much does it cost?

Do I need to change my workflow?

No. FastRFQ fits into your existing process. You still receive RFQs by email, still review quotes before sending. The difference is that the manual matching and pricing work is done for you.
