Common Questions

Is it a marketplace?
No. This is your own branded store, on your own domain, with your logo and colors. Buyers only see your catalog and your prices. No competitors listed next to you, no commission on sales. Your data is fully isolated in a dedicated database.
How long does it take to go live?
3 to 4 weeks. We import your inventory, configure pricing tiers, connect to your ERP, set up your branding, and train your team. After that, you invite your first buyers.
Do I need to change my ERP or workflow?
No. The Shop connects to your ERP via API. Orders land directly in your system as sales orders. Your warehouse and logistics team process them exactly as they always have. The Shop is a new sales channel, not a new workflow.
How does pricing work for different customers?
Each buyer is assigned a pricing tier when you approve their access. Tiers control markup rules per product category, material, and size range. A buyer in Tier 1 sees different prices than one in Tier 3. You manage tiers from the admin panel and can change them at any time. Buyers never see each other's prices.
Can buyers upload RFQs in Excel?
Yes. Buyers upload their RFQ or MTO in any Excel format. The engine reads the file, maps columns automatically, matches items against your inventory, and generates a cart with prices. No rigid templates. If the buyer's file has 5 columns or 25, it works the same way.
How do credit limits work?
You set a credit limit per customer, synced from your ERP. At checkout, the system checks available credit. If there's enough, the order goes through instantly. If not, it gets flagged for your review. No credit cards involved. That's how B2B piping works.
Can different team members have different access?
Yes. You create roles (admin, sales rep, inventory manager, back office) and toggle specific permissions per role: view orders, manage customers, update inventory, access statistics. Each team member sees only what they need. Changes apply immediately.
How much does it cost?
Monthly subscription based on catalog size and number of active buyers. No per-order fees, no commission on sales, no revenue share. Setup, onboarding, and training are included. Book a demo and we'll give you a clear number.
